These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClownVPN's software, website, and related services provided by Softoria LLC ("ClownVPN," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using ClownVPN, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them.

2. The Service

ClownVPN is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers, masking your IP address and protecting your online privacy. ClownVPN is provided entirely free of charge — there are no paid plans or subscriptions.

3. Account Registration

No account is required to use ClownVPN. The app connects without any registration. If you choose to contact us for support, you may provide your email address voluntarily, which will be used solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use ClownVPN for lawful purposes: private browsing, IP masking, securing data on public Wi-Fi, streaming, gaming, and general internet use.

Prohibited Use: You must not use the Service for any illegal activity; distributing malware or harmful software; DDoS attacks or any form of cyber attack; spam or phishing; copyright infringement; child exploitation; or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate access termination.

5. Free Service

ClownVPN is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. As there is no paid subscription, no refunds are applicable.

6. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We operate strict zero-logs — your activity is never monitored or stored.

7. Intellectual Property

All ClownVPN software, branding, and trademarks are owned by Softoria LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the software for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTORIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
